Difficulty level

The best choice to start the adventure with the Scrum framework. The training introduces the Agile and Scrum theory and supplements it with the best practices supported by examples. During workshop, you will learn how to build valuable products with the help of motivated teams in cooperation with satisfied customers.

Why this training?

I'm an active Agile Coach and Scrum Master with more than 10 years of experience in using Agile methodologies, Agile frameworks and tools helping building valuable products. The content of this training is based on my personal experience from various projects and organizations, as well as experience from daily work with teams and management. As a pragmatist, I know well that every organization, every product, every team is different, that's why this training is always tailored to the specific needs of the group.

Content of this training is my own design and it's based on most known scrum.org, scrumalliance.org or management30.com trainings in which I took part.
